What the venue includes, and what you bring.

Included
- The hall. About 4,000 sq ft, nine-foot ceilings with timber posts, 130 seated. 5 ft round tables, 18 rectangular tables and white Chiavari chairs indoors, black or white tablecloths and white napkins, and all the dishes, glassware and cutlery.
- The bridal suite. Bar fridge, small bar sink, countertop, coffee maker, and a 10 ft bar with 4 stools and outlets.
- The ceremony furniture. 18 wooden benches seating about four each, stored by the ceremony site for you and your wedding party to set out. A wooden arbour, a white three-piece arch arbour, a podium and a signing table.
- A 95-inch TV in the hall for a slideshow.
- The deck. Reached by a 36 inch door.
- The lake, quiet for one hour from 15 minutes before the ceremony. It is a working ski lake, and the boat runs the rest of the day.
- In-house bartenders. The one vendor you must use.
- The kitchen. Full commercial, with caterer access from the south parking lot.
- Parking. 150 cars on gravel with street lights, and up to 10 self-contained campers on the grass west of the hall.
- Power at the building and at the top of the two camera towers. Warm Edison string bulbs and LED lighting.
- Access. No steps from the parking, a 6 ft entrance corridor, no ramp needed.
- One wedding at a time, and a point of contact on site.
Not included
- Catering. Bring your own caterer.
- Alcohol and the licence. You hold the liquor licence and supply the alcohol.
- Event liability insurance.
- Cushions for the benches, if you want them.
- A microphone and speaker. Available from us for $100.
- Flowers, decor, photography, film and music.
- An officiant or a planner.
- Mosquito fogging. Couples arrange it if they want it. The venue does not.
- Accommodation. Hotels in Nisku are about 19 minutes away, and the Wyndham Garden is 18 km. For your guests.
